Guarantee of Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take care with every arrangement to ensure flower quality and value for money. Flower delivery will be made on the date requested and we will endeavour to meet requested times however, please note that only funeral deliveries can be delivered at an exact time. Special delivery conditions apply to some deliveries. Please email gypsy.rose@clear.net.nz for more information.

Privacy

Gypsy Rose Florist realises the importance of security and privacy, and offers a secure booking order system to protect your details. While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, your credit card details are NEVER stored once we have processed your order. Should you have any reservations about ordering online, please order by calling +64 21 2572264 and quoting the product name and number.

Delivery - Local, New Zealand and Worldwide

Gypsy Rose will deliver flowers and gifts to almost anywhere in New Zealand. Same day delivery is available for most places within New Zealand if orders are placed before 12pm weekdays or 11am Saturday, New Zealand time. Deliveries are not available on public holidays. Some rural deliveries are not available weekends and public holidays.

Deliveries at specific times of the day can be requested but not guaranteed. Local deliveries must be placed by 2pm local time to guarantee same day delivery service. Different charges may apply for rural and international shipping. You will be notified of the relative cost of your order before any charges are made to a credit card.

If your delivery is urgent please call us on +64 21 2572264, 9am - 6pm weekdays and 10am - 5pm weekends local time for advice on delivery.

Refund Policy

If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction, Gypsy Rose Florist will either arrange a re-delivery of your order or provide you with a 100 per cent refund of the order price (excluding the delivery cost).

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Cancelled or changed floral orders must be made within 24 hours prior to delivery date or a 20 per cent handling fee will apply.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your gift from Gypsy Rose Florist it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference. Simply return the unwanted gift within seven days of the purchase date. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with an explanation for your return. Please note floral gifts are perishable and cannot be exchanged.

Quality

Certain seasonal and environmental conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers and foliages. Gypsy Rose Florist reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order in these circumstances.

Containers and Baskets

We will do our best to match the container or basket shown. However, if the particular container shown is not available, we will arrange a substitute of a similar style and value.

Price and Value

All prices given are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). Prices may vary for different locations, we will advise you of this before your order is accepted.

We will better any written florist quote for the same floral arrangement, including Weddings and Funerals.
